This is a front-end for the MP3 encoder/decoder L3Enc.exe and L3Dec.exe. It is very well put together and makes the encoding and decoding of MP3 files a breeze. Try it today and see what you think.

The program creates batch files that are usable with l3 encoder and decoder which are provided.

Source Code: The source code for this program is available for download. in VB4 format(i think)

dps_l3front.zip contains the source code and a precompiled dps_l3front.exe.

l3encdec.zip contains the programs L3Enc and L3Dec with their documentation

If I have to update this source code for bugs or anything else it will be converted from VB4 to VB5 format.
