Discription:

An atempt to reuse old Qbasic code that I originally started to lear to programming with.

Idea:

Pretty basic ideal, to plot pixels to a point on a PictureBox control.   It uses a flawed algorithm to plot the pixel before drawing it.  Hopefully someone will be able to inform me of where the BUG is so i can fix it.
